On the Street... Isa on George St., Charleston

I sometimes forget to take portraits when shooting street style, I hope you can see why I didn't forget to take a close up of Isa. Another fun note, I often like to play with shadows and narrow light that trees and buildings make. I call it the "Morticia Addams Look," simple yet dramatic.

Southern Street Style Tour Update - Charleston and Savannah

The past few weeks have been crazy, I've been on the road and working on personal projects all at the same time. I'm at the halfway point of filming the Southern Street Style Tour, Charleston and Savannah are next on the bill. I'll be in Charleston all next week and Savannah for one day of filming on Wednesday. I'm Presenting at Cityworks (x)po this Saturday

This Saturday I'll be presenting at the Cityworks (x)po in Roanoke. (x)po is a 3 day national conference about creative ideas for small city development. Tickets are a bit steep just to come out to see me, but check out the website if you want to learn more and it might be something you'd be interested in. If your at the (x)po make sure to come up and say hi, I always like meeting readers of the website.

Last week I aired our first promotional video for The Southern Street Style Tour (original version here) which airs Monday November 5th. After a few comments and e-mails I realized I had made a grave mistake. You will have to watch to see what was wrong.

The Second Annual Roanoke Tweed Run

It's officially fall, and on November 3rd its time for tweed! This year marks the second year I've put on The Roanoke Tweed Run, it was a smashing good time last year. I recommend if your in the Roanoke area to dust off your bicycle and come join us, if your a out-of-towner you should come also. The more the merrier.

This has to be some of my best work ever! (sarcasms) When you need your promo video done in two hours, your voice over actor cancels their recording session the day you need to air, you cry a little then do it yourself. Spread the word folks, it all starts November 5th.

The Southern Street Style Tour is in full swing and I've been on the road like a mad person. I just got back from Richmond and what a trip it was! This month I'll be filming in Charleston South Carolina, Savannah Georgia, then my final trip for this season to Washington DC.
